President Paxson just announced that Brown will decline participation in the “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education.” In other words, we won!!! Here’s an explanation of her decision including the letter to the Trump administration. Whatever you think of President Paxson’s previous decisions, when leaders do the right thing they deserve our appreciation. Let’s send her a collective note of thanks.
